ManageIn is a 6 week program targeted to help new managers and those aspiring to management learn how to support and uplift your team with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.

• Understanding the employee life cycle
• Developing Psychological Safety
• Managing up, down and across your organization

Members of the cohort will have the opportunity to chat with each other and to get a 1 hour Office Hour session with me!
